Head of Product Development (Technical), Possibly a CTO Position For the Right Person - Virtual (Boston Area Preferred)

We are looking for a technical leader who sees themselves as a potential Startup Superstar! The role will be either a technical Head of Product Development, or possibly Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as a career path, to provide Claro sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.

An ideal applicant should have the technical and management skills necessary to lead our technology vision/mission development and technical product development efforts, including selection and deployment of suitable technologies to achieve our business objectives. In addition to your technical skills, you would also need to possess effective communication skills because this role will require communication with Claro stakeholders and customers.

An ideal candidate will need to have current (e.g. in current role) hands-on experience in Big Data or People Analytics, Elastic, Java, PHP, REST, and have current skills (eg. applying these skills in current role) building applications that leverage large data sets. Preferably, you will have experience in one ore more the following areas: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Data Science (Python, R, Scala, Julia, etc.).

In addition to your technical skills, your people and process management, creative, and strategic thinking and strong business acumen would be essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

If you have technical expertise, and are also an excellent communicator then we can't wait to meet you! This position will report directly to the company CEO.

Sales Director/VP Sales - Virtual (U.S.)

As a Sales Director at Claro, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet predetermined targets and increase our market share. In the coming year, we plan to launch many additional features to our software, which will even further distance our product leadership from the competition, and we look forward to having you with us on the journey. You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth.
